The scorecard (simple but wicked)
- Promise: what exactly did they say?
- Timeline: when did they say it will happen?
- Evidence: photos, documents, public reports, site visit.
- Beneficiaries: who actually felt the impact?
- Maintenance: is it still working after commissioning?
Now the suspense: once you start using this, you’ll notice some leaders are good at launching, but bad at sustaining.
